Summary of Input Devices

Input devices are those parts of the computer that enable one to put in data into the computer system.

The input devices discussed in this chapter include: Keyboard, Mouse, Scanner, Microphone, Joystick, Card readers, Light pen, Digital camera, Touchscreen, Webcam, the Optical Mark Reader (OMR), Trackball, Biometric scanners, Barcode reader, and Touchpad.
