OPERATING SYSTEM (OS)
Operating system usually referred to as OS is a type of system software that controls, coordinates and correlates all the activities of the computer system. It is called the computer resource manager because it provides a systematic way of managing and organizing the computer’s resources. It is the first set of programs / software that must be installed or loaded onto the computer to ensure its smooth operation. Without this installation, the computer cannot work.
