<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color">Summary</mark></p> <p>Work is defined as the application of force to an object or body such that the object or body moves through a distance. Work is said to be done whenever a load moves through a distance.<br>Force is a push or pull which changes a body’s state of rest or uniform motion in a straight line.<br>Energy is the ability to do work. Energy has the same unit as work, that is, energy is measured in joules.<br>The two sources of energy to be considered at this level are renewable and renewable energy.<br>Power is the rate at which work is done.
