The application of ICT is very pervasive. It is found in every industry. ICT is about processing and communicating information, and this is associated with all activities.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <p class="has-vivid-red-color has-text-color"><strong>ICT APPLICATION IN EVERYDAY LIFE</strong></p> <ol type="1"><li><strong><em>Education: </em></strong>ICTs are playing a remarkable role in the education sector. This is known as e-learning, which is the use of ICT tools to teach students via a computer system, computer networks or the internet. Teachers use ICTs to research for teaching materials, participate in online conference, teach students who are in places (online) different from where the teacher is, as well as to aid their teaching. Students use ICT as reference tool. They use internet to search for their study materials. In an online system of study, students can assess class notes, submit assignments and also join a discussion group with the help of ICTs. Researchers use ICTs to collect and process data. School administrators use ICTs for administrative purposes.</li></ol> <p>ICT has really widened the scope of education.
